Accommodation
You can always buy your accommodation for the conference without any help from the Local Organizing Committee. However, we have asked the Delano Travel Agency to pre-buy rooms in the most convenient hotels (these are the ones in this conference site) for participants. Delano is our official Travel Agency and we believe that their prices are competitive. Breakfast and VAT is included in all cases and we provide transports from these hotels to the conference venue.
The Local Organizing Committee strongly recommends that the hotel accommodation is booked early and the Delano Travel Agency will be happy to assist in all matters concerning hotel reservations for the conference. Each participant will receive an individual confirmation (Hotel Voucher), indicating the name and address of the hotel. Hotel reservations will be confirmed only after receiving full price of the accommodation.
